I cannot recommend Natalie enough to anyone in the Clarksville area. She is energetic, proactive, intelligent, driven, resilient, and gets the job done! Natalie was an incredible source of confidence, and a wealth of knowledge throughout my home buying process. From start to finish, she was ready to answer any and all of my questions I had. She was proactive in my house hunting phase, providing a myriad of options daily, as well as optimal routes from each house to minimize road time. The offer phase was smooth as well; Natalie provided immediate updates as soon as she heard back from sellers on acceptance statuses or offer deadlines. Once I had an accepted offer is when Natalie's prowess truly shined; she was assertive and calculated in the inspection and request process, while also extremely flexible. I went out of town for a large portion of this time, and Natalie was able to smooth over any issues I had, despite the long distance and my intermittent internet access. A truly worthwhile experience from wire to wire, I would entrust Natalie Olcott with selling a home to any of my friends who come to Clarksville!!
